We are a nationwide real estate investor specializing in the acquisition of triple net lease (NNN bond type) properties with national tenants. Some of our tenants include Wal Mart, Barnes & Noble and Circuit City.

Our properties are purchased from principals, real estate developers and brokers with exclusive listing agreements. Developers contract with us to purchase properties prior to, during or after construction. On occasion, we assist developers in obtaining construction financing for the property we are purchasing.
